After working with the TV, he decided the work would need to be completed at their office. A few hours after departing, Pete called me to explain why the TV stopped working while he was repairing it. They returned my TV about 11am, on Saturday. They tested the TV in front of me. They explained some common issues they run across with certain TVs. They are prompt and professional. “I have read the negative reviews and disagree.Pete took my 8 year old 3D plasma that was shocked in an electric storm and brought it back to life! I know not everyone is happy with every business, but I am more than thrilled that Emergency was able to fix my TV. Everyone there was polite, professional, and fun to boot! Only a few days after they picked it up, they called and brought it back in like new condition! I say give them a try,save some cash over a new overpriced tv! I did, and am happy I did! “My smart tv had an electrical problem and i took it to them. The TV will suddenly start switching ON n OFF on its own.or if i tried to increase or reduce volume or even change channels the same problem resurfaced. I rook it to emergency tv and they fixed it for a very reasonable price and 2 months later the same problem came back. I waited another 2 months b4 i took it back to them though my warranty had expired, they fixed it without charging me a dime. Great people.”
